Welcome to Career Capital Co. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope

Career Capital Co. provides resume revamps, cover letter creation, LinkedIn optimization, executive bios, and career branding services. All deliverables are based on the information provided by the client. We do not guarantee job placement or interview success.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

  • Responding to requests in a timely manner

  • Reviewing drafts and giving feedback within the agreed revision window

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from the start date.

  • Priority Pass (rush orders) guarantees delivery within 48 business hours, subject to availability.

  • Timelines begin once all required information has been received.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Packages include up to two (2) rounds of revisions within 7 days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions or edits outside of this period will be subject to an additional fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid for in full before work begins.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Add-on services (e.g., rush delivery, job-specific letters) are charged separately.

6. Confidentiality & Data Use

We treat all client information and documents as confidential. Career Capital Co. will never share, distribute, or use your personal information outside the scope of service delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Final resume and content files are the property of the client upon delivery and full payment. Career Capital Co. retains the right to reference anonymized samples for portfolio or promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Career Capital Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client accepts full responsibility for the outcomes of their job applications or career choices.

9. Changes to Terms

Career Capital Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
